Just watched the video and I have to tell you that this pattern has inspired me to get into tying. The Streamer would be perfect for some big fat browns on the Caney Fork where I trout fish in Tennessee. I am really impressed with your tying ability; I only wish I could be a fourth as good as you. Did you take a class or just start out on your own? There is a class being offered in the fall at our local Bass Pro and I am going to sign up. I really appreciate you sharing this pattern with me as well as the rest of the guys.

    1. Bill T,
Thanks a bunch man. I actually taught myself how to tie, so I am sure some people may do it differently :) I just do what seems to work and make sense to me. I am sure lessons would have sped things up a little on the whole process :) Good luck with your future tying and I look forward to seeing some of your flies :) Tight Lines.

  2. Great fly MaGee! Thanks for posting. I agree with Bill. Better yet (for me) I think it's a killer fly before you even add the rabbit. I'll give this a try and let you know.

    1. Howard,
Thanks much. The rabbit strip really adds the whole dead fish look to it. You would swear it is a real fish when it swims in the water. Give it a few twitches like an injured fish and BAM hold on tight :) Tight Lines..

  3. Fantastic!!!! Looks like a fun tie...I'll start playing with this one when I get back in town. I may try a few different colors too - I think this would be a fantastic smallie fly as well

Thanks for making the SBS for us!!
